From the 7th-floor balcony, start your day with breathtaking sunrises and the soothing sound of the waves. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bath overlooking the beach. Every bedroom features a flat-screen Roku TV, and the unit is equipped with high-speed WiFi, a full-size washer and dryer, and no carpet for a modern, clean feel.
Relax and unwind with resort-style amenities, including an indoor heated pool, outdoor and children's pools, a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness center. Stay active with lighted pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, or enjoy a barbecue in the common area. Plus, with two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella (available March 1–October 31), your days by the water will be even more memorable. This is more than a vacation—it's a slice of paradise.

About Your Stay in Orange Beach
What Else is Included?
You'll have access to 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella.
If you have more than 1 vehicle, you can simple add $50 per vehicle for additional passes.
What is the maximum occupancy?
Our spacious rental can accomodate up to 8 people.
Is there an age limit?
Families of all ages are welcome at Shoalwater 704 as long as the individual who is booking the condo is at least 25 years old.
What floor is the condo on?
Our condo is on the 7th floor!
How much is the deposit?
To hold your dates, there is a $200 deposit that will be deducted from the total cost of your stay.
A refundable $300 damage deposit is required upon arrival to the condo in Orange Beach. If no damages are found, your deposit will be refunded 7 days after departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer cancellation option 30 days before vacation date.
Is Smoking Allowed?
Smoking is not allowed.
Are Pets Allowed?
We love pets, but unfortunately pets are not allowed in the condo.
